1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Cleanup My Phone ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Cleanup My Phone provides photo and video management services including:

• Identification and removal of duplicate photos
• Detection of similar images
• Blurry and dark photo detection
• Screenshot and old screenshot management
• Screen recording detection
• Live Photo and burst photo management
• Video compression
• Secure vault for private photos

All processing is performed locally on your device.

3. Subscription Terms

• Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a free trial period. You will not be charged during the trial period.
• Subscription: After the trial period, you will be charged the subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policies.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Not use the App to infringe on others' rights
• Take responsibility for all content in your photo library
• Maintain backups of important photos before using cleanup features

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will meet your specific requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any errors will be corrected
• The App will be compatible with all devices

We recommend reviewing items before deletion and maintaining backups of important photos.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, photos, or videos
• Any damages resulting from your use of the App
• Any unauthorized access to your data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App developer is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
