Support
Last updated: September 6, 2026
Cleanup My Phone is built and supported by Gigabyte LLC. Everything below is handled either by us directly or by Apple through your App Store account — there is no third-party billing.
Contact Support
Email us at support@cleanupmyphone.com. We read every message and usually reply within one business day.
To help us solve your issue quickly, please include:
- Your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings > General > About)
- The Cleanup My Phone version (shown at the bottom of the app's Settings tab)
- What you were doing when the problem happened, and a screenshot if you have one
Please do not send photos, email content, or passwords — we never need them, and the app never uploads them.
Cancel a Subscription
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not inside the app. To cancel:
- Open Settings on your iPhone and tap your name (Apple ID) at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Tap Cleanup My Phone, then Cancel Subscription
You keep premium access until the end of the current billing period. If you are on the free 3-day trial, cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds
Apple handles all refunds for App Store purchases. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find Cleanup My Phone and choose Request a Refund.
Apple reviews each request and decides whether to grant it; we are not able to issue, approve, or speed up App Store refunds ourselves.
Restore Purchases
If you bought a subscription or the lifetime plan and the app shows you as a free user — for example after reinstalling or moving to a new iPhone — open Cleanup My Phone, go to the Settings tab, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the App Store with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
Privacy
All photo, video, contact, and calendar processing runs on your device, and the Email Cleaner talks directly to your mail provider. For the full details, read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
